What can I expect from the event?
Prison Island Gold Coast is an action game featuring a spacious game area with 40 unique cells & challenges! Unlike traditional escape rooms, this experience offers far more freedom and variety. With a reception area, a bar, and plenty of seating, it’s the perfect spot for an exciting and immersive adventure.
While escape rooms require you to solve a single scenario within an hour, Prison Island Gold Coast lets you and your team explore at your own pace—choosing which challenges to tackle, retrying as many times as you like, and strategizing your way through a mix of physical, technical, and intellectual tasks.
What’s the goal?
With your team, try to escape from as many cells as possible. If you fail, you can retry or try your luck in new cells. Some cells may require multiple attempts to earn all the points! Be careful, though—the overall timer keeps running!
Compete against teams of the day, week, or top 3 by earning the maximum number of points! Each successful challenge earns you between 25 and 100 points. Large screens in the reception and game areas display your live rankings!
How many people can play?
Prison Island Perth can accommodate 32 teams of 2-5 people at the same time. For the optimal playing experience we recommend coming in teams of 2-5 people. You can already play with a team of 2, only some challenges will be more complicated to complete and you will not be able to claim the maximum points in certain cells.

This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 90 min at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes—please have a look at your ticket to confirm if food is included for you. Gluten-free and vegan options can be requested; for more information, please check your purchase confirmation email.
Is there parking available?
Unfortunately, there won't be parking at this venue, so we recommend you don't arrive by car. Alternatively, there are private car parks in the surrounding area.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience does not have virtual reality.
Is there a dress code?
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for light physical activity (for example, sneakers, pants and a t-shirt). High heels are not allowed.
Will there be interaction with the performers?
While the performers will captivate and engage the audience, the experience does not involve direct interaction with them. You can fully immerse yourself in the performance by observing and enjoying it.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
There will not be merchandise for sale at the event.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store) or on the Fever website
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 24 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a large group (20+ people), please go to the groups page.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive 20 minutes before the time stated on your ticket to allow some time for the briefing; late entry is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
For safety reasons, as this is an action game that requires light physical activity, this event is not designed to accommodate pets, including service dogs. We apologize for the inconvenience; we are doing our best to make all our experiences more inclusive, and we recommend checking out other experiences in your city.
Is the venue accessible?
Although the venue is wheelchair accessible, the layout and nature of certain challenges make the experience unsuitable for individuals with mobility impairments. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and would recommend you take a look at other experiences in your city.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on site. We provide lockers on site for your convenience, and we encourage guests to store valuable items safely, as we cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability). Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for the visually and/or hearing impaired. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and recommend that you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Can I play if I’m pregnant?
The game is played in teams, this allows you to follow your teammates at your own pace through the experience. There are physical and less physical challenges available. You can choose which ones you play. Please speak to the staff on arrival to discuss any specific requirements so that they can assist. If in doubt, please consult your doctor before attending.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, you’re welcome to take photos and short videos with your mobile phone, as long as it doesn’t disrupt the experience or other guests. We kindly ask that professional equipment not be used unless previously approved.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
This experience only allows guests above 7 years old.
Will there be an audio guide?
